The Supply Chain and Logistics Management program is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the strategies, technologies, and practices essential for managing the flow of goods and services efficiently. By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills, the program prepares students to navigate the complexities of global supply chains and logistics operations. This program equips students with the expertise needed to address the dynamic challenges of modern supply chains while fostering innovation and sustainability in logistics and operational management. Students in this program study strategies and practices in procurement and sourcing, managing production processes and operations, planning and optimizing inventory in supply chains, identifying and mitigating risks within supply chains, implementing sustainable practices in supply chain management (SCM); utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage business processes; exploring new technologies like AI and blockchain in SCM; managing and optimizing transportation systems; and applying decision-making tools for effective supply chain decision-making. 

Graduates of the Supply Chain and Logistics Management program will be well-equipped for a variety of roles in the field, including: 

  • Managing logistics activities and ensuring the efficient transportation of goods. 
  • Overseeing production and operational activities. 
  • Managing transportation networks and logistics. 
  • Analyzing supply chain data to improve efficiency. 
  • Implementing sustainable practices in supply chain operations. 
  • Utilizing advanced tools and software such as AI and predictive analytics to optimize supply chain operations. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing.
